The program will select a cohort of 4 companies with potential synergies across sectors. We tailor the program to their needs based on assessments, interviews, and growth blockers.

The Slingshot program will help companies to scale up in a structured and specific way focusing on profit, people, and the planet. Slingshot provides hands-on support and dedicated resources that will coach mentor and give access to experts.

Slingshot maintains a database of small and medium-sized companies with growth potential in the region. We encourage promising companies to apply

Slingshot runs a funnel process with company assessment, selection criteria and individual interviews. Check the selection criteria below.

Slingshot will select a cohort of 3-5 companies with potential synergies in a sector. This is the start of a unique journey.

Selection criteria

West-coast. We are seeking companies located on the west-coast of Norway, from Egersund in the south to the Ålesund area in the north.

Post-revenue companies. We focus on companies with revenues from 10 to 100 mill NOK per year

Solid teams. We're seeking small and medium-sized companies with 5 to 50 employees, with an open mindset, and a strong commitment to delivering benefits to the planet, nurturing people, and generating healthy profits.

Growth potential. We will prioritize companies with products and services that can scale, replicate or be exported.

Sustainable. Companies committed to sustainability and delivering triple-bottom-line benefits. If your company drives the green shift, creates new jobs, and diversifies from oil and gas, can be a perfect fit for our ScaleUp program.

Solid finances. We are looking for stable companies that are managing but are now seeking impactful growth. The participation fee is 200 000 NOK per company + travel expenses. (Total value: 800 000 NOK per company)
