The program will select a cohort of 3-5 companies with potential synergies in a sector. We tailor the program to their needs based on an assessment and interviews
The ScaleUp program will help companies to scale up in a structured and specific way. It provides hands-on support, dedicated resources and access to experts

Selection criteria
Post-revenue companies. We focus on companies with revenues from 10 to 100 mill NOK per year
Solid team. We are looking for small and medium size companies ranging from 5 to 35 employees
Growth potential. We will prioritize companies with products and services that can scale, replicate or be exported
Sustainable. Companies that have a sustainability focus, a willingness to drive the green shift, and contribute to a diversification from the highly O&G focus on the West Coast region. These companies will fit the ScaleUp program
Solid finances. We are looking for stable companies that are managing, but are seeking growth. Participation fee is 200 000 NOK per company.
